We begin with a call or Zoom consultation to understand your vision and priorities. This is where we answer questions, walk you through our process, and outline a preliminary structure for your wedding day coverage.

If preferred, we’re always happy to meet in person over coffee.

Securing Your Date

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll issue a digital agreement outlining all inclusions and terms, along with a 20% booking deposit invoice.

Your date is officially secured once both are completed.

Planning & Timeline Finalisation

Approximately 45 days before the wedding, we schedule a detailed planning session.

During this meeting, we refine your timeline, confirm key moments, review logistics, and ensure everything is aligned for a seamless flow on the day.

Precision at this stage ensures calm execution later.

After the Wedding

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a curated selection of sneak peeks to relive and share.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks via a personalised online platform, complete with high-resolution downloads and print access.

Each image is individually refined to reflect the cohesive, editorial finish we’re known for.
